* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Jerome Prenger
Jerome E. "Jerry" Prenger, age 62, of Coldwater, died Sunday, April 26, 2020 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.
He was born August 9, 1957 in Coldwater, to Mildred D. (Winner) Prenger and the late Leonard Prenger. His mother survives in Coldwater. On October 23, 1982 he married Diane (Severt) of Coldwater.
He is also survived by a son Brennan Prenger of Coldwater; siblings and in-laws: Mike & Pat Prenger, Marilyn & Dennis Berning, Tom & Marty Prenger, Rita Prenger, Kathy & Chris Evers, Paul & Kathy Prenger, Betty & Brian Anderson, Janet & Doug Fledderjohn, Theresa & Gary Diller, and Karen & Mark Overman, Joseph & Peggy Severt, Charles & Ann Severt, Peggy & Tom Berning, Fred & Brenda Severt, David & Gail Severt, and Shirley & Dan Siefring.
In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by a son Jarrett Prenger and a brother Joseph Prenger and his mother and father-in-law Alvin & Mary Ann Severt.
He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater and a graduate of Coldwater High School Class of 1975. He was employed at Cabinetry by Ebbing. Jerry was very skilled and loved woodworking and nature.
Due to COVID-19 a private family Mass will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday, April 30, 2020 at Holy Trinity Church, Coldwater with live stream at http://www.coldwatercluster.org/node/29. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
In Lieu of flowers family request Mass stipends.
