Marilyn Coomes
Marilyn F. Coomes, age 71, of Celina, passed away at 3:30 A.M., Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at her residence.
She was born December 26, 1948, in Lima, to the late Harry and Helen (Michel) Siefer. Marilyn and William Coomes were married for 37 years before his death on February 13, 2008.
Surviving are a son, Bill Coomes of Arlington, TX and a daughter, Linda Coomes of Celina, and three grandchildren: Justin, Ashton and Logan. Three brothers, Norbert, Keith and Greg, and five sisters, Jean, Betty, Barb, Rose and Mary survive.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Leroy and Gerald.
Marilyn was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family. Favorite pastimes were reading, going to the dog park and seeing friends.
A celebration of Marilyn's life will be held at a later time once the restrictions on gatherings due to COVID-19 have been lifted.
Memorial contributions may be made to Community Health Professionals Hospice.
