Temperatures dropping to readings from the lower 30s to upper 30s along with light winds and clear skies will allow for patchy frost to develop in protected areas this morning.

The Shelly Co. will soon begin resurfacing North Main Street from Fulton Street to the northern city limits. The Ohio Department of Transportation awarded Shelly a $493,173 contract for the project, which must be completed by June 30.
