* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Ruthilene Leighner-Wilson
Ruthilene Leighner-Wilson, age 96, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2020 at the Miller Place in Celina.
She was born on October 1, 1923 in Rockford, Ohio to the late J. Warren and Loa (Weisenborn) Wert. On June 26, 1975 she married Roger L. Wilson, who died March 13, 2017.
Survivors include her three daughters Nichole Hawkins of Hartwell, GA., Susan Evans of North Port, Fl., Kim Dudgeon of Celina, one step-son and daughter-in-law Steven (Denise) Wilson of Durham, N.C., and one step-daughter Debbie Green of Celina. She was also survived by ten grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Harold R. Leighner, second husband Dale M. Dudgeon, sons-in-law, Gerald Hawkins, Ronald Green and her sister Eulalia Stauffer.
Ruthilene graduated from Rockford High School with the Class of 1940. She was a member of the Grand Lake United Methodist Church in Celina. She was past Matron and member of the Order of Eastern Star #91 in Celina.
She was a very talented pianist, she loved music and playing the organ at the Church in Rockford and lately at the Miller Place, entertaining everyone.
Graveside memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 27, 2020 in the Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert, Ohio, with Rev. Diane Mendelson officiating. Attendees are asked to follow social distancing and guidelines dictated by the Ohio Department of Health, due to the National Health Concerns of COVID-19.
