* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Mary Massengill
Mary Jane Heppeard Massengill, from Celina, Ohio, passed away July 12 at 4:30 a.m. at ProMedica Toledo Hospital, from complications of a recent surgery.
Mary was born on December 21, 1943, in Celina, to the late Robert and Wilma Heppeard.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Jodi Heppeard Hughes.
She is survived by her 2 sons: Lester Vernon Colson of Pontotoc, Mississippi and Robert Colson of Celina, her 4 grandchildren: Kaylea Beougher of Lutz, Florida, Bill & Kristy Brown of St. Marys, Ohio, Richard & Summer Kupper and Sherry Kupper of Columbus, Ohio, plus 8 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers & sisters: Robert (Martha) Heppeard of Orlando, Florida, Shirley Mae (Dan) Thompson of Lucas, Ohio, and Ruth Ann (Gerald) Braun, Sandra Kay (Dan) Reichert and John Michael (Jamie) Heppeard, all of Celina.
Mary loved playing Bingo at the Mercer County Council on Aging in Celina. She also enjoyed watching movies with her friends and spending time with her family. She doted on her beloved little dog Casper, who gave her so much joy.
Mary enjoyed spending time around the water, so her family and close friends will honor her life with a private memorial service to share memories and pictures along the lake.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Mercer County Council on Aging.
