* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

David LaRoche
David LaRoche, age 87 of Celina, Ohio passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2020 at the Celina Manor Nursing Home. He was born on December 29, 1932 in Miller City, Ohio to the late Franklin and Leah (Roth) LaRoche. He married his first wife Melba Sue Adam on May 6, 1956 and she proceeded him in death August 14, 1982.
On April 2, 1983 he married Barbara Hawkey, who survives, residing in Celina. Also surviving are his children; Cathy (Rick) Rupert of Pandora, Steven David (Deanna Ray) LaRoche of Dayton, Laura (John) Stephens of Pemberville, Beth (Brent) Chambers of Columbus, his brother Dawn (Sandi) LaRoche of Largo, Fl, his sister Sandy Martin of Spokane, WA, four grandchildren, and two great grandsons.
He was preceded in death by his parents Franklin and Leah LaRoche, daughter Sue Elaine LaRoche, a grandson David Steinbrunner, his brother Richard (Helen) LaRoche, and sisters Marjorie (Felix) Fuentes, Florence (Verdon) Leedy and Kathryn (Matthew) Saum.
David went to school at Liberty Benton. He proudly served his country in the United States Army, as a Corporal from 1953 Until 1955 and was stationed in Germany. He retired from the Ohio Department of Wildlife after 37 years of service. He was a member of the Montezuma United Methodist Church. He was also a member of the Celina Masonic Lodge #241 F&AM. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, and hunting. He loved being with his family, and always had time for morning coffee and conversation with friends.
Private family graveside services will be held on Friday, July 24, 2020 at the North Grove Cemetery in Celina, with Rev. David Gordon officiating. Military Honors will be performed by the Celina American Legion Post #210 and the Celina V.F.W. Post #5713. David's services have been entrusted to the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Montezuma United Methodist Church, 70 S. High St. Montezuma, Ohio 45866 or to the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation 1300 E. Ninth St. Cleveland, Ohio 44114.
