* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1218 AM EDT, radar indicated scattered thunderstorms developing which contain moderate to heavy rainfall. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area over the next hour or two. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Governor makes masks mandatory for K-12 students

CELINA - Gov. Mike DeWine on Tuesday singled out Mercer County as having the highest number of COVID-19 cases in the state per 100,000 residents over the past two weeks.
"At least for the last two weeks, the county that has the highest number per 100,000 that I think would be a shock to most people would be Mercer County," DeWine said in a news briefing. [More]
