Eastern Shelby County in west central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 245 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1146 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Sidney, Anna, Jackson Center, Botkins, Hardin, Port Jefferson, Kettlersville, Swanders, Montra, Maplewood, Mccartyville, Fryburg, Newbern and St. Johns.

Melissa Jo Searles, 32, Celina, died on Oct. 11, 2020, in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.
Rites are at 1 p.m. Saturday at Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home, 314 W. High St., St. Marys.
Calling is from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. All attendees to the visitation and funeral service are asked to observe social-distancing and wear face masks, according to guidelines recommended by the Ohio Department of Health.
