* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Dale Brackman
Dale P. Brackman, age 28, of Maria Stein died Wednesday, October 21, 2020.
He was born July 20, 1992 in Coldwater to Eugene & Joyce (Dahlinghaus) Brackman.
He is survived by siblings, Krista (Chris) Coats of Coldwater, John (Claire) Brackman of St. Henry, Diane (Sam) Hoying of St. Rose, Adam Brackman, Gary Brackman and Theresa Brackman all of Maria Stein; nieces and nephews, Alexis, Brooklyn, Silas Coats, Dominic Brackman, Henry, Marcus, Natalie Hoying; grandparents Tom & Mary Alice Dahlinghaus; numerous aunts and uncles; and girlfriend Jane Bailey.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents Zeno & Julianna Brackman and Godparents Patrick Weber and Mary Catherine Borges.
He was a member of St. John Catholic Church, Maria Stein, the Dairy Farmers of America and a 2011 graduate of Marion Local Schools.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am on Monday October 26, 2020 at St. John Church. Seating will be limited due to CDC guidelines, livestream will be at http://www.marioncatholiccommunity.org/live-stream.html. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery.
Friends may call from 1 to 7 pm Sunday and 9 to 9:45 am Monday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry where visitors are asked to follow CDC guidelines.
