* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Celina band director Shawn Snider on Monday afternoon holds the U.S. Marine Corps enlisted service cap of his great-uncle Pleasant Laverl Boroff, who served in the Marine Corps during the Korean War. Snider created a veterans display at Celina Intermediate School.
