* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Alfrieda Ramga

Alfrieda A. Ramga, age 91, of Celina, Ohio, entered into God's eternal rest on Sunday, November 29, 2020 at 1:35 pm at The Laurels of Shane Hill in Rockford.

She was born July 27, 1929 in Mercer County, to the late August and Frances (Leugers) Braun. On September 4, 1948 she married Herbert Ramga and he preceded her in death on April 10, 1996.

Alfrieda adored her loving family; she is survived by a son, Dick (Theresa) Ramga, Wapakoneta; four daughters, Betty (Joe) Simmons, Yorkshire, Ohio, Jeanette (Mark) Leininger, Celina, Nancy (Rick) Germann, Celina and Linda (Joe) Wolfe, Celina; a sister, Dorothy (Lester) Hein, Coldwater; 12 grandchildren; and 21 great grandchildren, plus one on the way.

She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Linus and Larry Braun; and two sisters, Mary Ann (Bob) Hoenie and Berniece (Murle) Green.

Alfrieda was a 1948 graduate of Celina Senior High School. She was a homemaker and also worked at JC Pennies and Wabash Communications. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, 4-H Neptune Loyal Workers Adviser for 20 years, Combined Charities and Centerview Park Community. She also made wedding cakes and noodles for many years.

Due to restrictions of the COVID-19 virus, we will be following the guidelines set by the Ohio Governor Mike DeWine's office.

Alfrieda's family would like to thank the nurses and staff at the The Laurels of Shane Hill for their special care they provided for her.

Visitations hours will take place from 9:00 am-10:15 am on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at Cisco Funeral Homes in Celina.

Mass of Christian burial and the celebration of Alfrieda's life will begin at 10:30 am on Thursday, December 3, 2020, in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Fr. Kenneth Schnipke C.PP.S., officiating. Burial will follow at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
