* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Family members watch as the Mercer County Sheriff's Office's color guard drapes the American Flag over the casket of Mark Heinl Friday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Coldwater.

  Heinl, 60, Coldwater, died Nov. 28. He had served in law enforcement with the Mercer and Darke County sheriff's offices and the Minster, Coldwater and St. Henry police departments, according to his obituary.

  He also volunteered with the Coldwater Fire Department and EMS and Mercer County Emergency Response Volunteers. He received the Buckeye State Sheriffs' Association Medal of Honor and the Celina-Mercer County Chamber Outstanding Achievement award in 1998 for saving a person's life.
