Connie Gilmore
Connie S. (King) Gilmore passed away on November 12, 2020 after an extended illness.
She was born in Celina, Ohio but had been living in Ocala, Florida for over 20 years. She was born to Lem and Peg (Meyer) King on June 29, 1940.
She is survived by 2 daughters, Debra (Dale) Bergman, Ocala, Florida and Stephanie Gilmore, Tampa, Florida. She had 5 grandchildren, Joseph (Kimberly) Bergman of Ocala, Florida, Andrew (Neisha) Bergman of Ocala, Florida, Dakota (Jonathon) Feagin, Orlando, Florida, Montana (Paris) Sloan, Joint Base Lewis McChord, Washington and Nevada Klapp, Gainesville, Florida. She also is survived by 5 Great-Grandchildren.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant sister and a brother, and her former husband, Sheriff E. Joseph Gilmore.
Connie worked for many years at the Mercer County Sheriff Department before retiring to Florida.
