* Until 700 AM EDT.
* At 309 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...   CELINA - Mercer County Health District officials on Tuesday were notified the district would receive an additional 500 COVID-19 vaccine doses from the state for its first drive-thru vaccine clinic planned for today.
Mercer County's drive-thru clinic, scheduled for people age 80 and older, is set to run 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. today at the Mercer County Fairgrounds. Clients will receive the Moderna vaccine. [More]

Gilmore sworn in as Mercer County probate judge
CELINA - A local attorney will soon be working on the other side of the court bench after donning a black judicial robe for the first time on Tuesday afternoon.
MINSTER - Nearly a year after two local mothers first floated the idea of giving the Paris Street Park a complete makeover, village councilors have given their blessing to a fundraising effort to generate half of the estimated $600,000 needed to complete the project.
