* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

David Bobenmoyer
David M. Bobenmoyer, age 67 of Celina, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, Jan 26, 2021 at his residence in Celina.
He was born on Dec. 31, 1953 in Celina, Ohio to the late Hubert and Mary (Moon) Bobenmoyer.
Survivors include his children; Derrick (Karla) Brummel of Troy, Daniel (Jennifer) Dircksen of Delphos, Dawn Dunlow of Bokins, VA, his step children; Jason (Jennifer) Dircksen of Findlay, Christy Dircksen of Celina and Three grandchildren; Haylie Dircksen, Kayla Dunlow, and Kassidy Neilon.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sisters and brother-in-law Susan Eyanson and Nancy (Jim) Watson.
David graduated from Celina High School with the Class of 1971. He was formerly employed at the Strick Corporation in Monroe, Indiana and most recently was a truck driver for Florence Livestock. He was a member of the Celina Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #1473 and the Celina Fraternal Order of Eagles Arie #1291. David was an Avid Golfer.
Private family services will be held at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
