Chad Charles Siefring
Chad Charles Siefring, 43, of New Weston, Ohio, passed away on Friday, March 12, 2021, at his residence.
He was born on May 18, 1977, in Coldwater, Ohio, to Eugene "Gene" Siefring of New Weston and the late Patricia (Timmerman) Siefring.
In addition to his mother, Chad was preceded in death by his brother, Craig Siefring; his paternal grandparents, Herbert and Irene Siefring; and his maternal grandparents, William and Armella "Molly" Timmerman.
In addition to his father, Chad is survived by his siblings, Sherrie (Rick) Keller of Fort Recovery, Ohio, Eric (Amanda) Siefring of Bellefontaine, Ohio, Bill Siefring, of New Weston, and Joe (Amy) Siefring of New Weston; his nieces and nephews, Brent Luttmer, Hayden Siefring, Molly Siefring, Garrett Siefring, Shelby Siefring, and Evelynn Siefring; his niece and godchild, Libby Siefring; his nephew and godchild, Bryce Siefring; and his many aunts and uncles.
Chad loved watching his nieces and nephews play all types of sports. He always rooted for and was proud of being a Fort Recovery Indian. Chad was a die-hard Cleveland Browns fan. He loved helping supervise the field work or pulling anything that could be pulled behind this truck. Chad was known for his signature grin that he would have when he would give people the one finger or double finger salute.
Chad was a 1995 graduate of Fort Recovery High School. He worked for CA Group in Celina and was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church in Sharpsburg and the Sons of the American Legion.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at St. Paul Catholic Church in Sharpsburg. Burial will follow in St. Paul Cemetery. All CDC guidelines will be followed during the Mass.
Guests may visit with Chad's family on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM and again on Wednesday from 9:00 AM until 9:45 AM at Brockman Boeckman Funeral Home in Fort Recovery. Masks are required to be worn during the visitation and CDC guidelines will be followed.
