Scattered snow showers can be expected this morning along with westerly winds gusting to around 40 mph at times. Temperatures will continue to fall this morning, with readings dropping well below freezing.
Snow accumulations will be a half inch or less. This will result in some slick spots on untreated surfaces as well as bridges and overpasses. Please allow for some extra time to reach your destination this morning. Be prepared for changing road conditions as well as gusty winds.

James Lawler
James "Jimmy" T. Lawler, 84, of St. Marys, OH died Thursday February 25, 2021 at JTDM Hospital in St. Marys, OH.
He was born January 13, 1937 in St. Marys, OH to Willis and Quetoria (Sawmiller) Lawler. He is survived by a nephew Robert (Vickie) Roby of Wapakoneta, OH; niece, Christine Roby of St. Marys, OH, and niece Mary (David) Thornsberry of St. Marys, OH; two great-nephews, Matthew Roby of Indianapolis, IN and Colin Thornsberry of St. Marys, OH; two great-nieces, Kelly (Dane) Gross of Van Wert, OH and Rachel Thornsberry of St. Marys, OH; also, two great-great-nieces of Van Wert, OH.
He was preceded in death by his parents Willis and Quetoria Lawler; sister Catherine (Harland) Roby.
He was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School (Class of 1955). A veteran of the United States Army, he proudly served his nation while stationed at Ft. Knox, KY. For more than 40 years, he worked for Copeland Refrigeration Corp. in Sidney, OH.
An avid sports fan, Jimmy will be remembered for his many trips to ball games (especially, the Cleveland Indians and the Cleveland Browns). He was also a huge fan of horse racing.
Graveside funeral rites are scheduled to begin 1:00 p.m. on Monday March 22, 2021 at the Gethsemane Cemetery in St. Marys. Deacon Martin Brown will officiate the services.
Graveside military honors will be conducted jointly by members of VFW Post #9289 and American Legion Post #323.
