* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero are expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

T-Mobile plans to use the Celina water tower on Summit Street on the northwest side of the city to expand its communication coverage. T-Mobile officials want extra space in the base of the tower for their equipment.
