* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Celina High School students were spaced apart during their graduation ceremony on the football field last year. Other local districts including Coldwater, Fort Recovery, Marion Local, Minster, New Bremen and St. Henry held drive-by graduations to adhere to state COVID-19 health guidelines.
