* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 642 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with several roads closed near and west of Celina. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Circumstances have created a nationwide ammunition shortage
CELINA -A combination of circumstances has caused the price of ammunition to double or triple by some accounts.
While gun enthusiasts may be hoping for a reprieve, it could be months before prices start to level out, an area gun shop owner said.
