Southerly winds will increase today ahead of an approaching cold front. Sustained winds of 15 to 25 mph can be expected with gusts of 35 to 45 mph at times this afternoon. Be sure to secure outdoor objects.

Robert Clune
Robert (Bob) Clune age 85 of Minster, Ohio passed away on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at his home.
He was born April 18, 1936 in Maria Stein to the late Fred & Stella (Holdheide) Clune. On November 26, 1959 he married Susan Becker, who survives.
Bob was a proud father to surviving children, Rochelle (Shelly) and husband Kerry Bruns, Maria Stein, Vince and wife Nicole Clune of Minster.   He was a doting grandfather to Megan & Ryan Stucke, Allison & Marcus Moeller, Michael & Haley Hamaker, AJ & Tami Clune, Nicholas Clune, and also great grandchildren, Harper & Audrey Stucke, Max & Palmer Moeller, Lucas & Ryleigh Hamaker, Mara & Ellie Clune.
He also is survived by in-laws Phyllis Clune, Barbara & Rafe Echemann, Tom Becker, Thelma Becker and Dave & Bonnie Becker.
He was preceded in death by siblings: Elmer Clune, Vera & Pete Gudorf, Edna & Oscar Stueve, Velma & Clete Heitbrink, Dorothy & her husband Roger & Delores Schwieterman, Ernie & Anne Clune, Len & Alma Clune, in-laws Sue Becker, Janet Becker, Bill Becker.
Bob was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church and a graduate of St. Johns High School now known as Marion Local High School in 1954.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of the Minster American Legion. He had a strong work ethic instilled by his parents and worked most of his life as a salesman, owning his own sales representative company.
He was a former president of the Arrowhead Golf Club and Minster Civic Association. Bob was an avid reader who loved history and anything with the stock market.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 9:30 AM Thursday May 27, 2021 at St. Augustine Catholic Church with Rev. Frankline Rayappa celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Augustine Cemetery. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home from 4 to 8 PM on Wednesday and from 8:30 to 9:00 AM Thursday. In lieu of flowers the family asks donations be made to Grand Lake Home Health & Hospice.
