* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero are expected. * WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and central, southwest, and west central Ohio. * WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

John Wenning
John M. Wenning, age 61, of Coldwater, died on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at the James Cancer Center in Columbus. He was born July 20, 1959 in Celina to James Wenning of Coldwater & the late Juanita (Linn) Wenning.
He is survived by children, Jamie & Garrett Myers of Miamisburg and Jason Wenning of Coldwater; siblings, Janet & Mark South of Bellbrook, Joe & Connie Wenning of Coldwater, Jeff & Nancy Wenning of Coldwater, Judy Fortener of Coldwater, and Jane & Dave Peterson of Mason. John was a self-employed contractor who enjoyed spending time with family, fishing and following the OSU Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM Wednesday June 2, 2021 at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater. Burial will follow at the St. Elizabeth Cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday from 4 to 7 pm Tuesday June 1, 2021 and after 9:30 Wednesday at the funeral home. Condolences may be left at hogenkampfh.com.
