* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rogene Laut
Rogene J. Laut, age 98 of Minster, Ohio died Saturday, December 12, 2020 at Ohio Living Dorothy Love Retirement Community, Sidney.
She was born August 1, 1922 in Minster, Ohio to the late Herman & Josephine (Frierott) Laut.
She is survived by her sister-in-law Rachel Laut, Phoenix, AZ, two nieces Cathy and her husband Robert Cochran III, Roswell, GA, Cindy and her husband David Welker, Phoenix, AZ and their son Cody. She is also survived by several cousins and grand cousins who consider her to be a surrogate grandmother and great grandmother.
She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Minster. She was a Veteran Army Nurse of WWII and retired from Upper Valley Medical Center after working for 50 years as a respected and loved nurse.
Rogene loved a good meal and to be surrounded by friends. She especially loved to spend time at the pavilion at Lake Loramie. Rogene encouraged family and friends to seek out new experiences and make the most of life's opportunities. She was loved and will be missed. A special thanks to the staff at Dorothy Love for their compassionate care given to Rogene.
Following Rogene's request, she was cremated. A Mass and celebration of her life will be held on June 12th at 9:30 at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster has been entrusted with the arrangements. Condolences may be left at www.hogenkampfh.com.
