Experts: Demand in housing overtakes supply

CELINA - Anyone who's tried to buy a house or complete renovations lately has likely found their heads spinning, either due to a chaotic market or dizzying prices for supplies.
An imbalance in supply and demand, both in the housing and lumber industries, has played into the problems of the other, and industry experts are unsure when the situation might stabilize. [

The Lima Junior Golf Association summer tour stopped at Celina Lynx Golf Club on Thursday for the Superior Credit Union Open, with a number of local golfers getting a chance to compete.
Fort Recovery's Jalyn Bruns came up with a strong day, winning the girls' 16-18 year old division with a round of 4-over 76 to edge Lima Central Catholic's Bridget Mulcahy by three strokes. [

Group seeks to stop short-term vacation rentals
CELINA - The nationwide trend of people turning private residences into short-term vacation rentals has hit Mercer County, prompting a backlash by some who claim the visitors are disturbing their peace by trespassing and causing excessive noise.
