* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Chloe Seals
Chloe Madison Seals, age 13, of Celina, passed away at her residence on Sunday, June 20, 2021.
She was born December 31, 2007 in Toledo, Ohio to Joe H. and Angel M. (Fowler) Seals, both survive at the residence in Celina.
  Other survivors include a brother, Gage A. Seals, Celina; maternal grandparents, Michael (Jackie) Flower, Celina; and paternal grandfather, Jack Seals, Celina.
  Chloe is preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Sandy Seals.
  Chloe was a ray of sunshine and during her thirteen short years on Earth she touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends.
  Funeral services will begin at 11:00 am on Monday, June 28, 2021 in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, with Rev. Matt Overman officiating; where the family will receive friends from one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina.
  Contributions can be made to Cheryl Ann School in Celina.
