* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 810 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... City, developer cut deal with access drive

CELINA - City council members on Monday passed legislation approving a final plat for Eaglebrooke Estates VII, Phase 1 in northeast Celina after reaching an agreement with the developer about creating an access drive.
Councilors at the special meeting suspended the rules requiring three readings and passed the legislation as an emergency measure on its second reading. [More]
