* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Viola Luthman
Viola R. Luthman, age 96, of Coldwater, Ohio, died on Thursday October 28, 2021, at Briarwood Village in Coldwater.
She was born December 1, 1924, in Celina to the late George & Anna Marie (Fullenkamp) Pleiman. On September 27, 1947, she married Henry B. Luthman, and he preceded her in death in 2004.
Viola is survived by children, Mike & Kathy Higgins-Luthman of Livonia, Michigan, Joe & Dorothy Luthman, Custar, Ohio, Sister M. Ruth Luthman of Dyer, Indiana, and Don & Karen Luthman of Madeira, Ohio. Grandchildren; Michelle (Chad) Goins, Paul (Angela) Luthman, Sarah Luthman (Piers Hale), Katie (Ted) Kozlov, Jenna Luthman (William Glaser), Mary Clare Higgins-Chen (Albert), and great grand-daughters, Hailey Johnson and Sasha Kozlov, and numerous nieces and nephews.
  She is preceded in death by a daughter, Catherine, and infant sons, Tom, John and James, and siblings LeVaun Pleiman, Bernard (Rose) Pleiman, Betty (LeRoy) Rosengarten, George Pleiman Jr, and Marilyn (Tom) Rable.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater. She was a longtime CCD teacher, a communion distributor and volunteer at Coldwater Hospital. She was a member of the Lay Secular Franciscans for many years. Viola loved to bake, which was always appreciated by family, friends and neighbors.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, November 1, 2021 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Friends may call from 1-4 PM on Sunday October 31, 2021 and from 9:30-10:30 AM on Monday, November 1, 2021 at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
