* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Adam Puthoff
Adam Steven Puthoff, age 33, Versailles, passed away early Wednesday morning, December 1, 2021, following a single vehicle accident.
He was born December 16, 1987, in Greenville, Ohio, to Steven & Marlene (Bensman) Puthoff of Versailles. On December 3, 2011, at St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Osgood, Adam married Elly Anne (Cisco) Puthoff who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Ethan John, Beau Abel and Leo James Puthoff; four siblings: Joanna & Gary Homan of Minster, Michael & Kylee Puthoff of Versailles, Jacob & Rachael Puthoff of Yorkshire, Christa Puthoff of Versailles & fiancée, Kyle Miller and a sister & brother-in-law, Abby & Jason Lammers of Minster; nieces and nephews: Emma and Maci Lammers, Nora, Jana, Nolan and Oliver Homan, Raelynn, August and Maeve Puthoff, Avery, Mason and Adalynn Puthoff; mother & father-in-law, Patty (Hoenie) & Mark Cisco of New Bremen along with their parents, JoAnn Hoenie of St. Marys and Ruth & John Cisco of St. Marys as well as numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by grandparents: Alfrieda & Norbert Puthoff, Mildred & Virgil Bensman and Gerald Hoenie.
Adam was a 2006 graduate of Versailles High School and the Miami Valley Career Technology Center in Dayton where he studied diesel mechanics. He had been engaged in farming. He was also part owner and operator of Puthoff Brothers AG Repair, LLC in Versailles. Adam was a member of St. Denis Catholic Church and a 12-year member of the Osgood Volunteer Fire Department. Adam enjoyed family; he was a devoted husband and a great father to his young sons. He was joyfully dedicated to his work, farming and the fire department. In his leisure, he especially enjoyed hunting. Adam will be remembered by all for his welcoming smile.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30 AM, Monday, December 6, 2021, at St. Denis Catholic Church in Versailles with Rev. David L. Zink and Rev. James Simons presiding. Interment will follow at St. Valbert Cemetery.
Friends may call Sunday 2:00 to 8:00 PM and Monday 8:30 to 9:30 AM at Gehret Funeral Home in Fort Loramie.
Memorials may be made to the Puthoff Boys Education Fund at Osgood Bank or Osgood Fire Department.
