* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Donald C. Ramsey
Donald C. Ramsey, 88 of Otterbein-St. Marys  died Saturday December 4, 2021 at his residence.
He was born September 1, 1933 in Warren Co., OH to William and Emma (Chesney) Ramsey. He married Ruth Card in 1983 and she survives.
Additional surviving family members include: daughter Marilyn (Dale) Kenley of Georgetown, KY; son Donald (Pauline) Ramsey of Madison, AL; daughter Sandra (Brooks) Pistole of Gainsesville, FL; son Charles (Rose) Ramsey of Miamisburg, OH; son William (Julie) Ramsey of Miamisburg, OH; son Matthew Ramsey of Cincinnati, OH; son Michael (Jennie) Irish of Olmsted Falls, OH; former wife Virginia Ausman (Paul) Edgington of Washington Court House, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and a nephew.
Preceded in death by a son, Jeffrey Allen Ramsey.
He was a graduate of Owensville High School (Class of 1951) in Rural Clermont Co., OH and attended the Ohio Mechanics Institute and St. Joseph's College. A dedicated employee of the Otterbein Homes based in Lebanon, OH, he retired in 1996 as Vice President responsible for construction. During his career, he oversaw numerous projects, including the establishment of three separate Otterbein campuses in Ohio. He was a member of Masons F & AM Lodge #135 in Butlerville, OH. Favorite pastimes included golfing, reading and researching genealogy. 
Rites are scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m. Saturday December 18, 2021 at the Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West) in St. Marys, with the Rev. Lynn Huffman officiating. Entombment will take place at the Memorial Park Cemetery in Lima, OH.
Visitation is after 10:00 on Saturday at the funeral home. 
Memorial contributions may be directed to Otterbein Dilgard Fund (for benevolent Ministries) or Puerto Rico Feeding Ministry.
