* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ronald Ricks
Ronald Fred Ricks, 59, was called to the presence of the Lord at 6:19 AM, Wednesday, December 15, 2021, in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
Ron was born July 2, 1962 in Marion, Indiana, to Fred and Goldie (Pulley) Ricks; his father preceded in death, his mother survives in Marion, Indiana.
He is survived by his wife Lisa (Anderson) Stahl-Ricks, Celina. He is also survived by his children and best friends, son, Andrew (Emily) Stahl, Raymond, Ohio, and daughter, Danelle (Ben) Chesser, Celina, 7 grandchildren, Cole, Leighton, Lila, Evie, Aubree, Lucia, and unborn baby Stahl; Siblings Jeff Ricks and Michael Ricks of Marion, Indiana and David (Paula) Ricks, Gas City, Indiana, Karen Ricks, and Karol Ricks, Marion, Indiana; Mother-in-law Betty Anderson, Celina, and in-laws: Pam Anderson, Lima, Deborah (Tom May) Anderson, Celina, Lolly (Tom Cole) Anderson, Montezuma, Pepper (Alan) Birt, Montezuma, Scott (Denise) Anderson, Celina, Joel (Carol Holdheide) Anderson, Celina, Kevin (Lori) Anderson, Cincinnati, and several beloved nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by Father-in-law Warren Anderson, and Brothers-in-law Monte Anderson, Brent Anderson, Chris Anderson.
He was a graduate of Marion High School, Marion, Indiana, and was an over the road truck driver for 35 years, and was owner/operator of Steel Horse Express, Celina, Ohio, leased to Landstar Ranger, Jacksonville, Florida. His greatest passion was his grandchildren, who lovingly called him "Poppy."
Ron's other passion was driving cross country and taking much pride in maintaining his 2018 Mack (as he jokingly nicknamed his Mack, "Heavy Debt"). Through his years on the road, Ron earned numerous safety mileage awards; one being Million Mile Safe Driver award. Traveling across country as much as he did, Ron always had an unbelievable story to share. Ron will be remembered as a great storyteller and would do anything for a laugh. Aside from all of his tales and jokes, he had a generous soul and was always lending a helping hand... he truly went "the extra mile."
Celebration of Ron's Life will be held Sunday, December 26, 2021, from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm at the Veterans of Foreign Wars, 3270 State Route 118, Coldwater, Ohio, 45828. Casual attire. Friends and family can meet and share a great "Ron Story."
