* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Wreaths Across America

These wreaths are among 45 placed around the obelisk-shaped monument in Fort Recovery on Saturday as part of Wreaths Across America. Each December on National Wreaths Across America Day, there are wreath-laying ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery and more than 2,500 other locations in all 50 U.S. states, according to the organizations's website.
