* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

William Brown
William "Billy" Dean Brown, 33, of St. Marys, OH died Wednesday evening December 22, 2021 at his residence.
He was born May 11, 1988 in St. Marys, OH.
He is survived by: wife Kristy Zimmerman-Lykins of St. Marys, OH; 2 children: Brayden Lykins and Ashlynn Wagner; father Kevin Brown of Convoy, OH; sister Sherri Kupper of Columbus, OH; brother Richard (Summer) Kupper of Dayton, OH; sister Kaylea (Josh Lykins) Brown of Live Oak, FL; paternal grandmother Rosemary Brown of Convoy, OH; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Preceded in death by: mother Jody M. Heppeard-Hughes; paternal grandfather Marvin Brown; maternal grandmother Mary Heppeard-Massengill.
He was employed as a laborer for Reliable Waterproofing Co. in St. Marys. Also, he was well-known and respected in the area as a tattoo artist. Billy was hard-working and helpful to others. More than anything else, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Rites are scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. Friday December 31, 2021 at the Miller - Long & Folk Funeral Home 314 W. High Street in St. Marys. Pastor Randy Christian will officiate the services.
Visitation 4 - 7 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home on High Street.
