* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 13 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Rental fees for county-owned boat docks at Harbor Point will increase $15 to $325 this year to help cover the cost of maintenance and upkeep. Repairs topping $5,000 were required after the docks, shown above, were damaged several years ago.
