Light snow is expected to develop across the area after midnight, shifting to the southeast through the predawn hours. This band of light snow will affect the Tri-State region by the Thursday morning commute, eventually pushing south of the area by mid- morning.
Minor snow accumulations of less than an inch are expected, but cold ground conditions will allow for quick accumulation on any untreated surfaces. The main impacts are expected to be reduced visibilities and some slick spots on untreated surfaces.
Motorists should exercise caution. Plan extra time for the Thursday morning commute.

Michael Dicke
Michael Lee Dicke, 69, formerly of 16024 Koenig Road in rural St. Marys, OH died 10:45 p.m. Saturday, February 12, 2022 while surrounded by his daughters and significant other at Parkview Regional Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN, following a brief illness.
He was born February 16, 1952 in Celina, OH to Florience and Lorine (Duncan) Dicke Jr. 
He is survived by his significant other Mona Sordelet of Fort Wayne, Indiana; his children: Chad (Christina) Dicke of Seymour, Tennessee; Jessica (Travis) Henkaline of Grand Rapids, Michigan; Michelle (Jeff) Hughes of New Castle, Indiana; Abigail (Karl) Kuck of Saint Marys, Ohio; Melissa (Joel) Ekern of Celina, Ohio; Chet (Rachel) Dicke of Marietta, Georgia; and Vaughn Hadley of Bellefontaine, Ohio; and by eighteen grandchildren Alexis, Abrielle, Adison, Aniyah, Claire, Harper, Brandt, Ethan, Nathan, Olivia, Hudson, Collin, Kaylin, Colten, Madeleine, Audrina, Everett, and Wade. He is survived by two brothers Larry (Jennifer) Dicke of Kenton, Ohio; Ray (Mary Lou) Dicke of Saint Marys, Ohio; and one sister Mary Ann Dicke of Mound, Minnesota.
He was preceded in death by his father, mother, stepmother Gertrude Hibbs, his brother Rudolph Dicke, and his former wife, Darlene (Roth) Dicke. 
Michael was a 1970 graduate of Memorial High School in Saint Marys, Ohio. He was a life-long farmer in Noble Township in Auglaize County, Ohio and he worked and retired as a materials laboratory technician at the Ohio Department of Transportation District 7 in Sidney, Ohio. He enjoyed traveling, seeing historic sites, car and air shows, being with his grandchildren, and a good steak. 
Funeral rites are scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m. Friday, February 25, 2022 at New Life Christian Center (7015 Havemann Road) in Celina, Ohio with Pastor Jason King, officiating.
Visitation 1:00 pm to 5:00 p.m. Friday at New Life Christian Center on Havemann Road. Spreading of ashes will be performed by the family in the Summer of 2022 during a private ceremony.
