A Fort Recovery man was arrested on Monday after a reported "low speed chase" in Ohio and Indiana by law enforcement with his two children in the car, according to a news release from the Fort Recovery Police Department.
Cristopher Lessing, 31, reportedly is being held at the Mercer County jail on multiple misdemeanor and felony charges including drug possession, resisting arrest and endangering children, according to a search of inmate records at the jail. [More]
Senior first Celina girls bowler to reach state

CELINA - Ashtyn Huber thought her great season on the lanes for the Celina girls bowling team couldn't get any better.
But then she came up with her best effort of her career to make things just a little nicer.
The Celina senior became the first Bulldog girls bowler since bowling became an official school sport at Celina to qualify for the state tournament, making the trip to Columbus for the Division I state tournament this weekend. [More]
