* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1218 AM EDT, radar indicated scattered thunderstorms developing which contain moderate to heavy rainfall. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area over the next hour or two. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... ST. MARYS - St. Marys SummerFest is moving to a new location at Skip Baughman Stadium, allowing city officials to eventually make improvements at Memorial Park where the annual event has traditionally been held.
City council members on Monday night passed legislation authorizing the amendment of a codified section of law pertaining to beer sales at SummerFest, changing the location from Memorial Park to Baughman Stadium. [More]
