Phyllis Poeppelman
Phyllis Jean Poeppelman age 81 of Egypt, Ohio, died on July 4, 2022, at OSU Wexner Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio.
She was born on May 14, 1941, in McCartyville to the late Joseph & Mary (Prenger) Watercutter.
She is preceded in death by three husbands Orville Magoto, John Meyer and Clem Poeppelman.
She is survived by children: Timothy & Karen Magoto, Ft. Loramie, Barbara & Scott Gaier, Anna, Gregory & Krista Meyer, Anna, Jane Meier-Platfoot & Dan Platfoot, Maria Stein, Mark & Kate Will, Ft. Recovery, Mark & Amy Poeppelman, Minster, Carol & Tim Will, Egypt, Steve Poeppelman & Molly Baumer, Minster. 28 grandchildren, 40 Great Grandchildren; brother Orville Watercutter, Fort Loramie, brother-in-law Louis & Mary Grieshop, Willowdell, sister-in-law Connie Watercutter, McCartyville.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, son Jerold Meyer, daughter Kathy Will, son-in-law Ron Meier, sister Dorothy Grieshop, brother Vernon Watercutter, sister-in-law Jeanette Watercutter and special cousin Lois Drees.
She was a member of St. Joseph Church, Egypt, Ohio, St. Ann's Sodality and Adoration Guild. She was also a member of the Eagles Auxiliary #1391.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 AM Friday, July 8, 2022, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Egypt. Burial will follow in St. Patrick Cemetery, St. Patrick, Ohio.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 2-7 PM on Thursday, July 7, 2022, and from 9 to 9:30AM on Friday.
