Scattered snow showers will become more widespread through this afternoon and then likely linger into this evening before tapering off into tonight.
The snow showers will be capable of causing brief periods of reduced visibilities, especially this afternoon. In addition, brisk conditions will prevail with west winds gusting in the 30 to 40 mph range today.
Light snow accumulations will be possible, mainly on grassy and elevated surfaces. While roads will remain mostly wet during the daytime hours, some slick spots may develop toward sunset and beyond as temperatures drop below freezing.
Please be prepared for the changing weather conditions today and the potential for reduced visibilities when driving.

FORT RECOVERY - Village council members gave their blessing to allowing village tax administrator Angie McAbee to participate in the Ohio Attorney General's Office debt collection service.
McAbee at Monday night's regular meeting said the state attorney general's office has the legal authority to collect debt owed to the state and offers a free debt collection service. The service would be used to collect fees and unpaid taxes from residents who do not file their income taxes with the village. [More]
