* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Sandra Sadler
Sandra Sue Sadler, 65, of Wapakoneta, OH died 1:20 a.m. Thursday August 4, 2022 at her residence.
She was born November 29, 1956 in St. Marys, OH to Bevan and Laura Bell (Chilcoat) Ellis.
Survived by: son Ruben Perez; son Nic Perez; son Thomas Perez; daughter Amy Perez-Shinabery; daughter Kendra VanMeter; daughter Sara Perez; daughter Kacey Claybaugh; 18 grandchildren; sister Lori Ellis; sister Becky Ellis.
Preceded in death by: father Bevan Ellis; mother Laura Bell Ellis; grandson Kempton Perez; husband Richard Sadler; brother Dennis Ellis; brother Kenneth Robert "Julio" Ellis; sister Cindy Bonifas; brother Tom Ellis; step-father Leland Ketchum; former husband Ruben Perez.
She attended St. Marys Memorial High School. She had worked as a cook at Wapakoneta Gardens. She attended Wapakoneta Baptist Church. Her favorite pastimes included crocheting and watching movies on the Hallmark Channel. More than anything else, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Rites are scheduled to begin at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday August 7, 2022 at the Miller - Long & Folk Funeral Home 314 W. High Street Street in St. Marys. Deacon Harry Martin will officiate the services.
Visitation 2 - 4 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
