* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1218 AM EDT, radar indicated scattered thunderstorms developing which contain moderate to heavy rainfall. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area over the next hour or two. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Jerry Ruwoldt
Jerry J Ruwoldt (Joe), 55, of Ohio City, passed away on Friday morning August 12, 2022, near Crooksville, OH with his son by his side.
Joe was born on August 28th, 1966, in St, Marys, oh, born to Jerry and Suzanne (McKenzie) Ruwoldt.
He was preceded in death by his mother and stepfather, Robert (Huff) & Suzanne (McKenzie) Eutsler of Spencerville, OH.
Joe is survived by his son Joshua & Ashley Gallimore (Stir) of Spencerville, OH and his daughter Jessica S Ruwoldt (Adam) of Indianapolis, IN; One step daughter Chelsey Jackson (Derrick) and 3 step sons Justin Jackson, Nathan Jackson, and Matthew Jackson, 3 grandchildren Olivia, Lillian, and Amelia Gallimore. He also has three surviving sisters Kristine and Tony Devita, Karen and Dan Hittle, and Kathryn (Katie) and Bryan Counts all of whom reside in Spencerville, ohio and a half-brother Jeremy Ruwoldt that resides in Wilshire, Ohio and many nieces and nephews.
Joe was employed fulltime at the Ohio City Auto Salvage. He also owned and operated Knuckles Up Customs with is son Josh in Spencerville, oh. Joe had lots of hobbies that brought him the joy of so many friends over the years. Through his journey he gained two passions in life that brought along two whole families with them and those included Ohio City Fire and EMS and The Iron Brotherhood MC. He had the gift of never knowing a stranger and everyone who met him went away a friend. He had a love that was long and deep for his friends and family
The Family is holding a Memorial Service/Celebration of Life on his birthday August 28th. The memorial service will be held at Ohio City Community Building 306 Lambert St. Ohio City, Ohio at 3 p.m. A procession on Joe's Day will be led by the Ohio City Fire truck from his shop, Knuckles Up Customs in Spencerville. All are welcome to join the procession as we will be meeting at 2p.m. and leaving promptly at 2:30 p.m.
