* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Leah Hickerson, manager of the Chickasaw branch of the Osgood State Bank, presents a $6,750 check to Chickasaw Mayor Ben Kramer to cover the cost of relocating an emergency alert siren to the new village hall. Correction:

The Osgood Bank Foundation donated $6,250 to cover the cost of relocating an emergency siren to the new Chickasaw village hall. Jessica Schwieterman is the bank assistant branch manager. The errors were made in reporting.
