* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

Blanket drive

A total of 53 blankets were assembled with funding for materials having been donated. The Wernle Youth and Family Treatment Center in Richmond, Ind., will also receive pajamas, socks and underwear as St. Johns Lutheran Church has also held clothing drives.
