Constance Barhorst
Constance L. Barhorst, 75, of St. Marys, OH died 12:16 p.m. Tuesday December 20, 2022 at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima, OH.
She was born February 1, 1947 in Celina, OH to Carl J. and Bernadine E. (Seger) Clune. On February 24, 1968 at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Minster, OH she married James L. Barhorst, who survives.
Also survived by: daughter Laura (Mike Burton) King of West Chester, OH; daughter Angela (Larry) Lambert of Lima, OH; son Jim Barhorst, Jr. of St. Marys, OH; daughter Christa (Curt) Taylor of St. Marys, OH; son Jeff Barhorts of St. Marys, OH; 18 grandchildren 11 great-grandchildren; sister Roseann Broerman of Ft. Loramie, OH; brother Charles (Julie) Clune of Minster, OH; brother Patrick (Jo Ann) Clune of Unionville, IN; brother Carl "C.J." (Paula) Clune, Jr. of Minster, OH; sister-in-law Janice Clune of New Bremen, OH; sister-in-law Mary Clune of Minster, OH; sister-in-law Mary Looker of Piqua, OH; sister-in-law Dorothy Roberts of Sidney, OH; brother-in-law Bernard Barhorst of Piqua, OH; sister-in-law Anne Barhorst of Sidney, OH.
Preceded in death by: parents Carl and Bernadine; son and daughter-in-law Scott and Michele Barhorst; brother Robert Clune; brother Kenneth Clune; sister Rita Bensman, brother-in-law Robert Barhorst; brother-in-law Darrell Roberts; sister-in-law Kris Barhorst; brother-in-law John Barhorst; brother-in-law Carl Broerman.
She was a graduate of Minster High School (Class of 1965). She had worked at K-Mart and then retired as a cafeteria employee for the St. Marys City Schools. She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Her favorite pastimes included fishing, BINGO, camping, gambling and spending time with her family.
Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday December 27, 2022 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church 511 E. Spring Street in St. Marys. Burial will follow at the Gethsemane Catholic Cemetery in St. Marys.
Visitation 4 - 8 p.m. on Monday at the Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West) in St. Marys.
