* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero expected, especially early Wednesday morning.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Forecasters said a bomb cyclone - when atmospheric pressure drops very quickly in a strong storm - had developed near the Great Lakes, stirring up blizzard conditions. A level 3 snow emergency was issued in Mercer and Auglaize counties on Friday due to extremely hazardous conditions, including blowing and drifting snow.
