* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 21 below zero. * WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and central, southwest, and west central Ohio. * WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
