* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Elizabeth Davis
Elizabeth "Ann" Davis, 79, of St. Marys, passed away on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.
She was born February 9, 1943 in Celina to the late George William and Ina Mae (Webb) Howell. On January 29, 1966 she married John L. Davis and he survives at their residence in St. Marys.
Survivors include her children, Shelly (Ed) Frilling, Columbus, Ohio, Louie (Kris) Davis, Wapakoneta, Ohio and Amy (Chad) Settlage, Cincinnati, Ohio; a sister, Janet (Bill) McGowan, St. Marys; two brothers, Bill Howell and Mike Howell, both of St. Marys; ten grandchildren, Jordan, Hunter, Dylan, Kadin, Jadin, Rylin, Lauren, Mitchell, Tevin and Madyson; and five great grandchildren, Hayden, Kellen, Knox, Dawson and Bowie.
Ann is also preceded in death by a sister, Jean (Bob) Mahaffey.
Ann attended St. Marys Memorial High School. She worked as a homemaker and provided and managed a day care service from her home for many children throughout the years. The impact she had on the lives of so many children is endless. She enjoyed watching them grow throughout the years and was excited when they began to have families of their own; knowing that all her past children still had a special spot in her heart. Ann was caring, empathetic, and truly enjoyed the time she spent throughout the years with family, friends, and loved ones. She adored her children and most of all she enjoyed spending time with her entire family. Ann also enjoyed shopping with her sister Janet, art, cooking, flower gardening, journaling, and celebrating all of the holidays, especially Christmas.
Funeral services will begin at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at Cisco Funeral Home in St. Marys with Pastor Jim Sweigart officiating; where the family will receive friends from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.
Graveside service will be held on Wednesday morning at Resthaven Memorial Gardens in St. Marys.
