* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Thees
Robert (Bob) L. Thees, 83, of rural Celina, Ohio, passed away surrounded by his family on January 17, 2023 at Briarwood Village in Coldwater.
He was born October 25, 1939 in Celina to the late Myron "Mike" and Ruth (Christian) Thees. On November 5, 1960 he married Barbara R. (Hone) Thees and she survives at the residence in Celina.
Other survivors included his children, Christina (Rick) Pearson, Webster, New York and Tony (Jenny) Thees, St. Henry; two sisters, Mildred Crouch, Celina and Margy Miller, Celina; grandchildren, Travis (Nina) Brown, Rochester, New York, Hannah (Keven) Stammen, Dayton, Kentucky, Hayley (Gunner) Thees, Springboro, Ohio and Zoe Thees, Nelsonville, Ohio; two great grandsons, Sonny and Chip Stammen; a step grandson, Christopher Pearson, New York; and two sisters-in-law, Carol Thees, Celina and Patty, Celina.
Bob is also preceded in death by three brothers, Don, Ron and John "Jack" Thees; a brother-in-law, Paul Crouch; and two sisters-in-law, Charlene Thees and Darlene Thees.
Bob was a 1957 graduate of Celina High School. He worked as a machinist at Speichers in Celina, New Idea in Coldwater and retired from H & S Manufacturing in Celina. After retiring he enjoyed driving the delivery van for Schwieterman Pharmacy. He was a member of Beaver Chapel Church in Celina. He enjoyed bowling, horseshoe pitching, and watching the Reds, Bengals and Ohio State Buckeyes. Bob was known to never leave a detail out of a story. He cherished spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandsons. He will be deeply missed by all.
Visitation hours will be from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Friday, January 20, 2023 at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina.
Funeral services will begin at 10:30 am on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at the Cisco Funeral Home in Celina with Pastor Tom Christen officiating; where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home Saturday.
The family would like for everyone to wear your favorite sports attire for the viewing and funeral to help celebrate Bob's love for the Reds, Bengals, Ohio State Buckeyes and bowling. Private graveside services will be held Saturday afternoon at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina.
The family wishes to express their gratitude for the excellent care Bob received at Briarwood Village in Coldwater.
