* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Eunice Winner
Eunice Christine Winner age 92 of Minster, formerly of Yorkshire Ohio, died at 2:38 PM on Monday, February 13, 2023 at her home in Minster.
She was born on August 9, 1930 in St. Marys, Ohio to the late Ferd & Rose (Schmitmeyer) Naseman. On November 15, 1950 she married Paul J. Winner in Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, McCartyville. He preceded her in death on December 5, 1994.
She is survived by children: Larry & Diane Winner, Wapakoneta, Ron & Anne Winner Summerfield, NC, Doug & Vanessa Winner, Minster, Brad & Ginny Winner, North Star, Jill & Dennis Gigandet, Ft. Loramie, grandchildren: Adam & Nikki Winner, Kara & Ryan Conroy, Christine & Rob Bender, Josie Winner, Devin Winner, Kylee & Troy Winner, Jake & Courtney Winner, Lukas Gigandet, Logan Gigandet & 2 step grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 5 step great grandchildren, brother Bob & Janet Naseman, in-laws: Norma Winner, Bill & Teresa Winner, Jerry Huelsman, Judy Geiger.
Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by grandchildren Kate Winner and Jordan Diller, brother Virgil Naseman, sister-in-law: Mary Naseman, in-laws: Bob Luebke & Lois Luebke Steinbrunner & Mark Steinbrunner, Jim & Marlene Winner, Jack Winner, Betty Huelsman & Robert Geiger.
She was a member of St. Michael Church, Fort Loramie, St. Anne's Ladies Sodality, and the Osgood American Legion Auxiliary. Eunice bowled and golfed for many years and loved to do puzzles and bake cookies.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 AM Friday, February 17, 2023 at St. Michael Catholic Church, Fort Loramie with burial to follow in St. Michael Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster on Thursday, February 16, 2023 from 4 to 7 PM and from 9:00 to 10:00 AM on Friday.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wilson Hospice.
