Donald Campbell
Donald Lee Campbell, 88, of Celina Ohio went to meet Jesus on March 1 at 3:15 PM.
He was born on June 1, 1934 to Martha and Lee Campbell of Stanley, Virginia. He married Jane Fries on August 18, 1974. Jane preceded him in death on April 30, 2010.
He is also preceded in death by his brother, Wayne Campbell, son, Rodney Campbell, stepson, Larry Fries, step daughter-in-law, Sharon Fries, granddaughter, Faith Campbell, and great granddaughter, Jessica Fries.
He is survived by brother, Roy Campbell of Stanley, Virginia, his children; Ronald (Sharon) Campbell of Stanley, Virginia, Dannie (Angela) Campbell of Sidney, Ohio, and Virginia (Terrone) Finley of Kokomo, Indiana, his step children; Robert (Beverley) Fries of New Haven, Indiana, Charles (Kathy) Fries of Sidney, Ohio, Greg (Patty) Fries of New Haven, Indiana, and Sharon (Gary) Arnold of International Falls, Minnesota, his daughters-in-law; Patricia Campbell of Sidney, Ohio and Mary Fries of Celina, Ohio, 35 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren.
Don was a hard working mason for 70+ years. He helped build several churches. He was a devout Christian and Deacon at The Anchor Church in Celina, Ohio. Don loved God, his family and his church family with all of his heart.
There will be a memorial service at The Anchor Church in Celina on April 1, 2023 at 11 a.m.
We ask that all donations be made out to The Anchor Church in Celina.
