Along with her parents, Rosie was preceded in death by her siblings and their spouses: Bill (Betty) McClain, Ralph (Mary Jane) McClain, Mary (Everett) Adams, Al (Nancy) McClain, Jim McClain, Dorothy Moniaci, and Ada (Herb) Fogt.
Rosie was a graduate of Holy Angels High School in Sidney and went on to further her education attending Miami Jacobs and Northwestern Business Colleges. For many years, she had worked in data entry at Brookside Laboratories. She had been a member of the Church of the Holy Redeemer in New Bremen where she was a Eucharistic Minster - distributing communion to those who were in the hospital. She had also been a Boy Scout and Girl Scout troop leader and a president of the music boosters. Rosie loved to sew, make crafts, play cards, and she also loved to bake cookies. She adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with each of them, as well as making Halloween costumes for them over the years.
